Terms of Service

By messaging Pet Companion on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Pet Companion is operated by Muhammad Usama Nosherwan, based in Pakistan. You can reach us at support@petcompanion.health or by messaging the bot on WhatsApp.

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and is the legal seller for every transaction. Paddle handles payment, billing, tax and refunds; their buyer terms apply to the purchase itself alongside these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

This is the most important thing on this page. Pet Companion is a reminder and record-keeping tool for pet owners. It is not a vet, does not provide veterinary care, and does not give medical advice. Anything it writes is general information to help you organise what to tell your vet. Always contact your vet directly about your pet’s health, and take your pet to a vet in person if you are worried about them — don't wait on a message from us.

You must be old enough in your country to enter into this kind of agreement (generally 18, or the age of majority where you live). If you're using Pet Companion on behalf of someone else's pet, you're confirming you have the right to do so.

• Free — 1 pet, 3 active reminders at a time, no cost.
• Basic and Pro — paid monthly or annually, billed through Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. Annual plans are billed once, upfront, for the full year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Reply CANCEL at any time to stop a subscription — it takes effect immediately and stops future billing, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
• First time on a paid plan and it isn't for you? Full refund within 14 days — see our Refund Policy for how that works and what happens after.
• We may change prices going forward; we won't change what you've already paid for.

Paid plans include a set number of assistant replies (chat, notes for your vet visit and care calendars) each month. Free and Basic plans have a hard monthly limit; Pro plans have a fair-use guideline intended for normal pet-care use by one household. Extremely high or automated usage — well beyond what a real pet owner would send — may be limited so the service stays reliable for everyone else. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple free accounts to get around plan limits
• Use the service to send spam, abuse, or anything illegal
• Try to automate or script messages to the bot at scale
• Attempt to access another user's pet or account data

We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms, including ones we detect are circumventing free-tier limits by IP address.

See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and how to delete it. Short version: message DELETE MY DATA and everything is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period.

Pet Companion is provided as-is. We work to keep reminders accurate and responses useful, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated response is complete or correct for your specific pet. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for outcomes related to your pet's health — that responsibility sits with you and your vet, which is exactly why every reply points you back to them.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know through the bot before it takes effect.
